NEEM

The NEEM scheme is a pioneering initiative taken jointly by the Government of India (Ministry of Human Resource Development) and AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education, India) aiming towards skill development across the whole country. The primary objective of NEEM is to enhance the employability of an unemployed person by providing on the job training and thereby making him/her employable by imparting skills.

The practical training provided under NEEM results in development of skills in individuals and the trainees also get paid a stipend which is at par with the minimum wages of unskilled labour to meet their livelihood expenses thus enabling them to earn while they learn. Since the candidates are trainees, they are not liable for any statutory deductions from their stipend as in the case of regular employment. The NEEM scheme is making a revolutionary impact in the industry since it is enhancing the productivity and quality of the human resources involved therein.

Majestic Empowerment Forum (MEF) is competently working towards bridging the gap between availability of skilled resources and the ever changing industry demands. Our primary focus is on generating skilled manpower by imparting on the job training, giving them employment and providing the industry with productive and dynamic human resources.

About NATS

It is a 1 year programme equipping technically qualified youth with practical knowledge and skills required in their field of work.

The Apprentices are imparted training by the organizations at their place of work. Trained managers with well-developed training modules ensure that Apprentices learn the job quickly and completely.

During the period of Apprenticeship, the apprentices are paid a stipend amount, 50% of which is reimbursable to the employer from the Government of India.

At the end of the training period, the Apprentices are issued a Certificate of Proficiency by the Government of India which can be registered at all employment exchanges across India as valid employment experience.

The apprentices are placed for training at Central, State and Private organizations which have excellent training facilities.
