Learn while Earn Scheme

Unique and Innovative scheme
developed by MSBTE (Maharashtra Government) to enhance the
skill of less privileged youth by providing an opportunity to pursue
their education while working.
Launched by – MSBTE on 23 July 2024 

About NATS

It is a 1 year programme equipping technically qualified youth with practical knowledge and skills required in their field of work.

The Apprentices are imparted training by the organizations at their place of work. Trained managers with well-developed training modules ensure that Apprentices learn the job quickly and completely.

During the period of Apprenticeship, the apprentices are paid a stipend amount, 50% of which is reimbursable to the employer from the Government of India.

At the end of the training period, the Apprentices are issued a Certificate of Proficiency by the Government of India which can be registered at all employment exchanges across India as valid employment experience.

The apprentices are placed for training at Central, State and Private organizations which have excellent training facilities.

Students will get an opportunity to pursue their education while working

Have a chance to complete their diploma education in Industrial courses affiliated to MSBTE.

Students will certify as a Diploma holder after completing the tenure of course by MSBTE.

Candidates will be staying for a tenurity of 1 year where there will be no attrition issues and absenteeism issues to the industry.

No possibility of union formation since trainee’s are not employees/workers

  • Reimbursement of 50% of prescribed stipend subject to a maximum of Rs. 4500/- per month per apprentice from Central government.
